General Manager

We are looking to secure a new GM to train in our of the flagship site and then relocate to our Ibiza site in February 2022. We are really looking for a super star to help us succeed with the expansion of our restaurant space. You will need to be leader of people and someone who can inspire, motivate, and develop talent organically. This is about the guest so someone who is customer focused is essential. Commercially minded and someone who wants to make this restaurant a cut above the rest. As Restaurant manager, you will create an exciting work atmosphere to motivate your team and do whatever it takes to get the job done. You will be responsible for leading and driving the daily operations within the restaurant. Our Restaurant Manager is responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us. As Restaurant manager, you will lead the restaurant service, make sure stock and Rota’s are up to date and liaise with our senior management to ensure targets are met and standards are kept to the highest good communication and people management skills are a must. You will need to be confident and have an eye for attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous Restaurant Management experience, or within a similar role. We will offer you all of this –
