The Role? We are looking to secure a new sous chef for our Ibiza site in February 2022. We are really looking for a super star to help us succeed with the expansion of our restaurant space. You will need to be leader of people and someone who can inspire, motivate, and develop talent organically. This is about the guest so someone who is customer focused is essential. Commercially minded and someone who wants to make this restaurant a cut above the rest. As sous chef you will create an exciting work atmosphere to motivate your team and do whatever it takes to get the job done. You will be responsible for by helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the kitchen. Our sous chef will support the head chef by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring all kitchen standards are maintained. As Sous chef you will lead the kitchen service in the absence of the head chef. Therefore, good communication and people management skills are a must. You will need to be confident and have an eye for attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous sous chef experience, or within a similar role.
