The Role? We are looking to secure a new Head Chef for our Ibiza site in opening February 2022. We are really looking for a super star to help us succeed with the expansion of our restaurant space. You will need to be leader of people and someone who can inspire, motivate, and develop talent organically. This is about the guest so someone who is customer focused is essential. Commercially minded and someone who wants to make this restaurant a cut above the rest. As Head chef, you will create an exciting work atmosphere to motivate your team and do whatever it takes to get the job done. You will be responsible for leading and driving the daily operations within the restaurant. Our Head chef is responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us. As head chef, you will lead the kitchen service, make sure stock and Rota’s are up to date and liaise with our senior management to ensure targets are met and standards are kept to the highest good communication and people management skills are a must. You will need to be confident and have an eye for attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous Head Chef experience, or within a similar role. We will offer you all of this – • €2600-€2800 per month • End of season bonus.
What we want from you – • You’ll already have experience in a Head chef role. • You’re an inspirational leader who ensures your team delivers exceptional service quality. • You’ll train, support + develop your team to help them be the best they can be.
• You’ll be responsible for controlling wage percentages, GP’s and stock levels and proactively dealing with these to maximise profitability. • You’ll make sure all food safety and health + safety standards are consistently met.
